Petrova Street is very attractive residential zone even for visitors who arrive without car: heading towards west, you can reach Zagreb's main square within 15 minutes of easy walk and heading towards East you will arrive to Zagreb's largest and most beautiful park Maksimir and newly renovated ZOO.
Clinical Hospital for Women's Diseases and Obstetrics is located in the same street, while Mercur Clinical Hospital (including Univerity Clinic for Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases Vuk Vrhovac) and Children's Hospital Srebrnjak are in the near vicinity. University Hospital Centre Zagreb (hospital Rebro and Jordanovac).
The apartment has a kitchen, a living room with a sleeping area (double bed), a bathroom and a hallway. The living room has a comfortable sofa, desk, and cable TV with a wide range of programs (100+).
Sleeping area with a bed 140x200 cm, and a closet is separated from a living room by a sliding door. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, stove with oven, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, set of dishes and a dining area. Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and radiator. You can leave your jackets and shoes in the hallway.
The apartment is equipped with cable TV (over 100 programs) and Wi-Fi internet access, radio receiver with CD player, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, vacuum cleaner, air condition system, and it has a central heating system as well.
Weekly parking ticket for the 2nd parking zone (area around the apartment) costs 90 kn (12,10 Euro) – it is also valid for the 2nd and 3rd parking zone all around the city.

In the case of long stay, sheets and towels are changed weekly and the apartment is cleaned if the guests haven't done the cleaning themselves.
At the departure, guests are required to leave the apartment clean and tidy as it was at the check in (at the arrival). Otherwise, final and each cleaning will be charged in the amount of 150 HRK.
The accommodation service is paid immediately upon arrival, on the first day of accommodation use.
VAT is not calculated – natural person is not registered for VAT pursuant to Article 90 of the Value Added Tax Act, and the residence tax is paid in lump sum.

The Kvaternik Square and the Kvatric city market (outdoor farmers market), with lot of shops, flower shops, cafes, confectioneries, bakeries, and restaurants which offers typical local food in a cozy atmosphere, are located less than 5 minutes’ walk away from the apartment.
Location in Petrova Street ensures excellent traffic connections with the major parts of the city. The Kvaternik Square is the intersection of several tram and bus lines. Tram lines number 11 and 12 run directly to the main city square, The Ban Jelacic Square (4 stations away): those connect you with Tresnjevka and Crnomerec in the western part of the city, and Maksimir Park, Zagreb ZOO Garden, Maksimir Stadium. Tram line number 4 runs directly to the Main Railway Station Zagreb at the King Tomislav Square and the Sava Bridge in the south-western part of the city as well with Dubrava in the eastern part.
Tram line number 7 runs directly to the Zagreb bus terminal (main bus station) with the Pleso Transport Terminal (connection to the Franjo Tuđman Airport), and connects you with Novi Zagreb or New Zagreb (Museum of Contemporary Art, Avenue Mall Shopping Mall, Zagreb Fair, Arena Center). The most important bus line running from the Kvaternik Square is bus line number 290 connecting the Kvaternik Square with the Franjo Tuđman Airport and Velika Gorica. In the apartment near vicinity, in Petrova Street, there is the bus station of line 201 which connects the Kvaternik Square and Kaptol (bus station in front of the Zagreb Cathedrale, above the main city square).
Due to location in Petrova Street, the apartment doesn't have private parking space: however, there are numerous public parking spots on Petrova and neighboring streets (II. parking zone- at only 0.40 EUR/hr). Two public garages are located within 5 mins walk at the Kvaternik Square: Garage-Kvatric and Garage-Gorica on Marticeva Street number 69.
